Experience our Stretch & Reset Session where we begin with a comprehensive posture analysis followed by targeted limb pulls to realign your body. Our skilled neuromuscular practitioner will guide you through personalized stretches tailored to your needs in support of the nurturing and restoration of your self-care. To maintain your newfound relief, a re-evaluation of your posture will be done on a before and after to show improvement. Homework stretches will be shared to help you feel prepared to maintain progress on your wellness journey.
