Modalities I Can Offer within the Massage Scope:
My Personal Set of Values & Motivations for
Massage & Glo with You the Consumer in Mind
By: Tracy Reed

I aim for person centered services for your massage and facials.
I have been to enough establishments where all I was asked was: " What kind of pressure do you like for your massage?" Also, I have been to establishments where no initial paperwork was given for a massage. When no information or little info. is received how do you expect to get a quality session? Where is the accountability? This personal thoughtfulness seems to be lacking in a lot of establishments.

Having a person centered session for your services translates to the following
for you the customer from my spa studio:
-
I like going the "extra mile" for everything I am responsible for. I am for QUALITY, not quantity when it comes to people.
-
I like to really "hear" what your needs are for your "goals" of massage or facials.
-
We will review your "massage history" or "facial wellness needs" to ensure contraindications do not go against a service you are seeking, because your safety and health are important to me.
-
Thoughtfulness will be given with the use of "hot towels." (where we can)
-
"Complimentary upgrades" will be given (where applicable), because you deserve the best!
-
Integrity & Modesty are important during service. I am honest about what you may need or not need in a service. I will protect your modesty during a service with careful draping. I also expect integrity and trust, from you, the consumer, knowing what services I offer are on the menu only.
-
I am a professional and understand the need for a dual respect. This comes from mutually not pushing boundaries and asking for inappropriate services.
-
My training, my touch, my professional and person centered approach will be present with each service. Through your trust and repeat business I will do my best to be a master in my craft. My clients are my motivation!
-
I want to be that one stop shop for your spa environment! As a result, I will do my best to offer a unique, warm, inviting atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere.
-
"Most of all, my touch will be the "tell" on your services. I aim to make you feel better and look better whether it's through pain management, relaxation, or refinement. It is my passion and mantra to use thoughtfulness about your self-care.

*My professional Training & Background*

Tracy (she/her) is a graduate of the Massage Institute of North Texas (570-hour program;
formerly the Institute of Bodywork Studies). She is a nationally licensed massage therapist with her MBLEX licensure. Tracy has also completed a specialized certification in Neuromuscular Therapy, NMT. (an 80 hour program also from the massage institute) This permanent certification allows Tracy to be versed in myofascial release, pain management and trigger point therapy.
Beyond her specialization in pain management, Tracy has an emphasis in spa services,
geriatric massage, and mental wellness relaxation modalities. This is largely due to her
background as a dual-licensed massage therapist and esthetician.
Her goal and vision are to make people feel and look their best from the inside out! This
personal mantra also stems from her background, which includes a Master of Science in Social Work and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Social Services and Geriatrics. These
opportunities have provided her with experience and exposure to various populations,
including former service opportunities in her previous mobile massage spa work.
Tracy also holds several life coaching certifications in mental wellness, grief support, and life transition coaching. This eclectic background makes Tracy sensitive and intuitive to the physical needs of others, allowing her to quickly assess therapeutic massage needs and help clients feel understood.
Tracy uses her intuitive massage ability in her spare time by volunteering with the elderly and general population in recreational, healthcare, and mental health settings, providing compassionate massage to those who are close to the end-of-life stages or are mentally or physically compromised.
Come experience Tracy’s intuitive touch and sensitivity in healing with a session today.

Meet Your Massage Therapist & Esthetician, Owner of Massage & Glo:
Tracy Reed of Aubrey, Tx
I have only been a resident of Aubrey this past year. I have fallen in love with the small town charm and country feel which Aubrey brings. It is a pleasure to serve here in a town that I adore. I have previously lived in Denton since 2003. I am very familiar with North Texas and am grateful to live here.
I have raised three children in Denton County and am also happy to have raised a family in this area of North Texas. I originally came to Texas in 1996 to attend UT Arlington to pursue social work. I have been here ever since and consider myself a Texas transplant.
Massage and esthetics are a recent career change for me. I have only been in the spa industry since the last 3 yrs, but did my best in a short time to learn as much as I could w/in a short window to serve with quality. I am thankful to be in this profession; the joy is matchless and can't be beat. I love serving with a servants heart to help others heal and live a better life the Massage & Glo Way!
